Point, listen and learn
Highlight Chinese text and hear the words read to you in Mandarin Chinese. Point with your mouse to select the word(s) pronounced again.
Listen again and again
Focus on selected words and manually choose when the word(s) and phrases will be read aloud. Right-click and choose Pronounce to hear the word pronounced on-demand.
About AutoPronounce
Loqu8 iCE pronounces over 100,000 words and phrases using
Chinese text-speech voices. Unlike programs that use older,
pre-recorded voices, iCE lets you choose a different voice
at any time.
Loqu8 iCE 6 Standard Edition also supports HanHan. iCE Professional Edition includes HuiHui and HanHan voice support. Internet connection is required for these voices and performance will be slightly slower than the SAPI voices listed above.

Settings
By default, AutoPronounce is enabled; un-check to disable.
Choose voices from the drop-down menu. For users who
appreciate higher-quality voices without a web connection,
Loqu8 offers support for
premium
voices (Microsoft Server HuiHui and Microsoft
Server HanHan). Clicking
the "+" icon next to the Voice drop-down list will open a
payment page for $20 USD.
Adjust the rate slider left to slow down the apparent pronunciation rate.
