In the rare instance you encounter this error message, here's how to resolve this issue.

Cannot start application

The Microsoft OneClick technology used by iCE 6.4 (and earlier) to install and maintain update services had been damaged. You will need to uninstall and re-install the iCE application. Loqu8 apologizes for the inconvenience this error has caused you.

Using Control Panel

Remove Loqu8 iCE

Use the Windows Control Panel to remove the application from your system:
1. Click on the Loqu8 iCE program icon
2. Click Uninstall/Change

Choose "Restore the application to its previous state"

3. Choose Restore the application from this computer. Click OK and follow the on-screen instructions

Download and re-install Loqu8 iCE 6

1. Download Loqu8 iCE
2. Re-install iCE using the on-screen instructions
3. After the installation is completed, restart your system
